Turn Unused Square Footage Into Your Favourite Room

A finished basement is the most affordable way to add living space to your home. We handle the parts you cannot see, framing, insulation, vapour barrier, egress and permits, as carefully as the parts you can, so the space stays warm, dry and comfortable for decades.

Meet Our In-House Designer

Lish is our in-house interior designer. She helps you make confident choices on layouts, colours, finishes and overall flow, so decisions are made before the crew arrives instead of during demo. Because she works for JKF, design and construction talk to each other every day.
